Ötzi knew grain. Did he use it to bake bread? During this demonstration, the archeoParc team will take you on a journey to the beginnings of grain cultivation and show you how our ancestors baked bread. Which types of bread do you like? Do you bake bread yourself? We look forward to an exciting exchange and, if you like, we can share our sourdough starter with you.
